Comments:
Really good workout! 1mi warmup, 11x400m w/ 2min rest; I stayed super consistent in my splits coming in around 81-82sec for the intervals (except the last one which we did in under 80, [76?]). I led for all, but the last few intervals and I felt like I kept good form throughout the workout. 1mi cooldown, 3x45sec abs, 45sec planks, pushups.
