Comments:
Feeling very sore from race and last night's hard rub. Weather was divine, no wind and daylight saving means sun is up earlier. Felt fine with first few steps, no twinges or heavy legs at any point during the easy run. Really just enjoyed stretching the legs and going over race in my head.
