Comments:
warmed up by running to the track, then got the workout, which was go 3k hard on the track (5:00/mile), 10 min jogging rest, and then 2x10min Threshold on the roads. didn't think i'd be able to do it since i haven't been sleeping well, but all of it felt really good. didn't get lactic at all in the 3k, and my lungs barely burned at the end. i was even able to throw in a full windsprint for the last 100m, since i wasn't all too tired yet, despite essentially tying my old 2 mile PR. The threshold felt great, we negative split the way back.
