Track Workout + tempo

Weather: high 60s nice.

Comments:
today we started out on the track with a 3k at close to race pace. I ran a 9:26 so about 5:02 mile pace. It wasn't as hard an effort as i expected.
next was 10 min of cooldown jogging,
then; 2x10min at threashold pace out on the streets.
we ran a good 5:40 ish pace to lake montebello and halfway around, then back to the track (10min out, 10min back)
then cooldown back to the ac, and hips
