Comments:
I guess I can't really be surprised that I don't feel at all in shape having not trained for 2 full consecutive weeks since the end of Febuary, but I felt totaly out of shape today. Still, my foot felt fine and I'll run again tomorrow if it doesn't hurt in the morning. I was on trails in the woods for a good chunk of this so I was going a bit slower than I might have otherwise.
