Crossfit Workout

Comments:
Went to the tri workout. It was only Parker, Peter, Ryan, Scott, and me. The workout was in 20 minutes do 100 situps with weight (I used the 8lb medicine ball) and pushups and squats for the remainder of the time. For the pushups and squats we did a ladder starting a three and increasing the number of reps by three each set. I got to 21 reps. That is 84 pushups and situps.
