Weather: Partly cloudy/sunny, mid 70s probably. Very nice out!

Comments:
Finally back to running! Not happy that it's been so long since my last run. :( Was a good quick one, though. Did the two miles alternating between easy jogging, fast hard bursts for a block or two at a time, and walking recovery. Couldn't find my watch, though, so not sure on time, and my iPod died at the half mile mark, boo.
