Run at the 3200 Time Trial

Comments:
Ran in the freezing rain with Merwine, kenny, steve, caldwell, paez, and mitch at Goodman before the non-regional cross country guys did their time trial on the track. Simon is getting called up to the big leagues, so he only paced them through 1200. I expected either Ward or Stephen to win, and Ward did, putting on an impressive last 600 for the win in 9:34, 10 seconds ahead of second place Mahalsky. We ran three miles before the race and I ran four afterwards, doing two strides in the Stabler parking lot. Feeling a little worse for Saturday actually, but nothing to be concerned about.
