felt good
i felt like my stride was fluid and probably because I have been focusing on arms and body the last couple runs
didnt hit a wall but at mile 5 felt like i started to feel it so it can't be called an easy 6 yet... the term easy 5 is sayable though
get my watch back tomorrow
