Weather: Early morning - overcast

Comments:
Early kick-off, 5am start before JDB woke up. Into Week 4 of Couch to 5km podcasts by Robert Ulhrey although I've been running for longer than 4 weeks (was a bit slack during 45 degree heat wave!) Good jog; 3min run - 90 sec walk - 5min run - 2.5min walk - then repeated. Felt good, slight pain in right hip flexor for rest of day. Running every 2nd day (or trying to!)
