Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
5x600 (1:46,1:45,1:47, 1:46, 1:49)with 200m jog rest (~95sec), then a 5 min jogging rest, and 4x600 (1:47, 1:47, 1:47, 1:45) with 200m jog rest to close up. not really tired at all from yesterday, but have to be careful about shin pain, clara said it could develop into a stress fracture. did this workout in trainers, not flats, to give myself more support. i will probably just do all my workouts in trainers, since doing so gave me more of a workout even though it slowed me down by a bit.
ice+stem afterwards, need to be in training room everyday to be cautious.
