Comments:
We did 3 sets of squat jumps, dumbbell rows, dumbbell bench, planks, over/unders, and holding a weight over your head for 60sec each with a 60sec break in between each set. I got through two and had to stop for a couple minutes because I was feeling sick. I hate these 6am workouts.
