Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First 75 meters or so were all out feds start style, then settled into race pace until the 200, then balls to the wall again, up near A lot. Other boys did 6-8, I stopped after 5. Was pretty sure I was sick during the day, then got home from the banquet and measured a 101 fever, so that might explain why my workout was less than ideal. Off day tomorrow
