kept heart rate and rpm around 130 at intensity 7. tibia is worse, walking hurts now. need to get new shoes, and am not running until thanksgiving break as per coach and clara's orders. also, i will be doubling my intake of calcium and protein to give my bones tools to rebuild. i really want to avoid getting a stress fracture.
