First day of training

Weather: 60s, breezy, leaves falling, gorgeous

Comments:
After my first appointment with Dr. Booker. Back felt good and was not a factor after he cracked me. Knee was still an issue. Parked in Arlington and ran along the Custis trail towards Key br and back. Upper ankle still sore from the soy bean fields Saturday. Felt quite out of shape the whole way, but pleased that I could push and stay focused the whole way and ran a small negative split. Felt disturbingly like it was a tempo run. Today I start to become a runner again.
