back on da bike. tibia felt much better today, it hurt when i walked, but i wasn't limping. Still won't be running until next week like coach and clara said, but will keep up biking. today was warmup, 3x10min "tempo" with two minute rest, cooldown. heart rate was between 145 and 160 during the tempo portions
