Weather: 40s cool
Comments:
The workout was 16 200's with 200 meter slow jog between each one.
our group was pretty consistent and I was hitting 33's 32's and 31's with a 28 on the last one.
Overall I felt very controlled running 32's which was a good confidence booster. I used to do this same workout in high school and I remember it being much more taxing back then.
