Comments:
biking pretty easy, HR=100-110, for 80 minutes, then hips and abs. shin feeling a bit better, no limping while walking at all today. hopefully can start running in a few days, but taking this time off has done a lot to make my entire body feel fresher for track, and i really haven't lost any fitness.
