Weather: cold and windy enough

Comments:
8 x 400m @ mile pace, pretty difficult workout and had a headache by the end, hit 63, 66, 65, 65, 66, 66, 67, 67, felt nauseous after the 6th or so and was really fatigued and hurting on the rest period of 2 min, solid that i was able to do this i guess
