Good Run

Had to adjust my route a little today. As I was about to turn around people passed me the going the other direction so I didn't want to seem like an asshole that turned around just to show them how fast I was going. So I went around the circle on Courtland and headed back to Fairmont on Shelburn. I saw Finnerdy (spelling?) and waved hi. He waved back but I don't think he recognized me. Felt really good today, the foam roller made my legs loosen up a lot. I started rolling them out again today, but my roller is too soft so I took the extra PVC pipe from the Catapult project and rolled out my quads on that. That hurt like a mo fo. Probably could have gone faster than I did yesterday but I figured there was no point. I basically just cruised today at 6.30 pace which felt pretty good.
