Comments:
Intervals on the old cement track. Ran into a former teammate who runs for Keene State.

4 x 600, 400, 200. One of the best workouts I've had mentally in a long time. On the third 400, something clicked when I hit the 200 meter mark where recently I've started to doubt myself, and I was able to finish it out strong. First time my body has responded to my mind that strongly in a long time.
