Tough, good through 18, 19-24 rough, 25 to finish ran hard. 3:09;15.
7:25 first mile, picked it up from then on probably as low as 7:00 pace. 3.5 mins +- ahead through 20. Slowed way down 20-25. Picked it up on last mile.
