First Run Back With the Team

Weather: 40 degrees

Comments:
Did 7 miles with the sophomore crew today. It was a little bit faster than all of my runs last week. It was nice to get a little pick up in the middle/end, legs felt good. I wore the compression sleeves again, I am enjoying wearing them on the run. It is all about getting recovered!!

Afterwards I did some hurdle mobility/strides/stretches/core to finish off a quality day of training.

I have to start prepping for finals, I feel ready, but my motivation to study is quite low. Happy that running is going good because school is going to be kicking my ass the next few weeks. Got to pull through!
