Comments:
We did a circuit 3 times. The workouts were a 1 min. We did box jumps, lateral jumps, weighted sit ups (12lbs), suicides, squats/military press (15lbs), inclined push ups, and an some exercise where we had to shuffle around a set of cones. The push ups and the jumps were the hardest.
