Weather: 56, mild, shorts & tshirt
Comments:
Did 5 min walk and than 1 mile run inside before heading outside. Felt some twinges in foot and side of calf early on but hoped it would not get worse. Ran 2 miles stright through and started to feel mild discomfort, got better with a short walk break. Did final mile but still a few twinges. Iced it during breakfast but really starting to smart while walking around at work :(
