Well today was supposed to be an easy day for me...didn't turn out that way necessarily. I ran almost 5 miles with Spencer as a warm up before lifting; most of which was at low 6 minute pace. I felt fine the whole time so I was not to worried. On the other hand lifting was terrible. I was pathetic on my pulls up today. I had to use the band after two sets. I guess that is what I get for not lifting for two weeks. Anyways what is important is running is going well, at the end of the day that is all that matters. First workout tomorrow, hope all goes well!
