Comments:
another 4800 meter workout, albiet a different iteration. 4 sets of 4x300m. Aerobic fitness is starting to come back. Ran most at around 49, with one or two 48's and a similar number of 50's. Another confidence building workout. Looking forward to the test of some 800's. For some reason, feeling an urge to do a workout with distinctly different paces. 800,200,200 sets.

Working on reaching that moment where pain starts to outweigh confidence, and pushing pain back instead.
