First Workout Back

November 30, 2011 (Afternoon)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 40-50 degrees slightly windy

Comments:
Did 6 800 meter repeat intervals with a 200 meter jog in between. Coach told us to run them at 5:20 pace, I thought it was a little slow, but it is the first workout back. Workout went very well, hit the times spot on each interval.

Took the warm up and cool down pretty fast as well. On the warm up I was going around 5:45 per mile, the cool down was a little slower, but I could feel I had a spring in my step today.

Another day in the books. Solid workout, pumped to get back into racing!
