Long run #2

Comments:
Today is my long run. No time trial or limit. I am going just for distance. Every week I am going to up the distance by one mile. Probably around june I will be up to or around the marathon mark. It will be super boring doing that on a treadmill, but it is something to pass the time and it will get me off my lazy butt.
****So I did my long run like I said I would. At the 6.3 mile mark the 'Mill' decided to just stop. I had a good stride going. I was in the zone. Those last 2.7 miles were so hard to finish. It's funny. The longer the distance, the easier it seems to be. The short runs seem to be harder for some reason. Not physically, but mentally. I think I am about ready for the half marathon up at BAF. Maybe I can actually go. That would be great! Bye for now.
