Comments:
workout was supposed to be a 5 mile tempo but the legs felt terrible and a 5:20 first mile felt like it was a sub 5 mile. 10:30 for 2 miles then took about a 5 min rest. 11:30 for 2nd 2 miles. something is definitely up with my legs or i'm just extremely tired. legs ache even laying in bed
