Weather: 40 degrees
Comments:
Ran with Chris for the first time in a while, as well as Zack Young and Mitch. Got the sophomores all together. Another easier run; second half was a solid pick up. Felt good though, legs are refreshed. I am eager to get in more mileage.
Two Important Notes:
1)stay consistent with my training
2)need to do more two-a-days
