Weather: nice out, wind made it perrrrty cold

Comments:
-USATF'ed it!
-started really easy for beginning of run, picked it up to a little under 7 min. pace, finished hard in last 2 miles
-last 2 miles in 5:50 pace, almost faster than sectionals...
-sore but once i got moving it felt good
