Feels Like the First Day of Winter

Today was the first day it actually felt like Winter. On the run I could feel my face freezing up only after running for 30 minutes.

There were three segments to the workout today: I warmed up with a 30 minute run at a relatively slow pace. I was getting a little inpatient, but now that I look back on it, it was good that we took it easy. Next we lifted: 4 sets of pullups, 4x8 on the bench (105 ibs), 4x8 front squats (65 ibs), 4x6 jumps, then some roll outs, roll ins, and pikes. I did not do too much weight on the legs, but could still feel it in my quads, should be interesting how tomorrow's workout goes, definitely am going to be slightly sore.

I finished off by running for 19 more minutes, making it a total of 49 minutes on the day, calling it seven. The last part was nice and easy as well, my legs were tired. Time to rest up, study and try and get some sleep. It is getting harder and harder to do with finals coming up. Got to keep on truckin til next Friday, then I have a solid month of training ahead of me! LETS GO!
