Weather: Cold and Windy

Comments:
Had 6 X 1k repeats today. Goal was to hit them in 3:20-3:22. Had a nice wind heading eastward, which meant half of the workout was done running into the wind. Was not too bad, more annoying than anything. First interval we started off slow, hitting around a 3:26, once again into the wind. After we were right on, if not a little faster on the intervals. My quads were slightly sore going in so I wasn't sure how I was going to feel, but I was able to finish feeling quite good. Definitely a more challenging workout than last week, but I feel a lot more in shape than the workouts we have been running. I am definitely looking forward to the longer progressive tempo runs in the near future.
