Comments:
Pretty good workout. Suppose to do 1 x 10:00 (6:10-6:20 pace), 2:00 rest, 1 x 5:00 (5:50-6:00 pace), 1:00 rest, 1 x 3:00 5:30-5:40 pace, recover, 4 x 100 (:19-:20). Went through the mile in 6:20 and continued to even split :95s on the first (dead on); went through the 800 in 2:56 and the 1200 in 4:23 on the second; went through the 800 in 2:50 (85, 85) on the third. Did the 100s in 18.9, 18.0, 16.9, 17.1.

Not a bad workout. Just wish that I was on the faster side of each interval rather than the slower side.
