Comments:
Stayed inside to do easy run w/ walk breaks. Walked for 10 min, ran for 2 miles, walked for 5 min and ran another 2 miles with incline. Felt no twinges or pain and wore new sneaks. Cautiosuly optomistic that foot problem might be gone.
