Exercise Type: Run

Longest run by about 1 mile and 7ish running minutes. Legs were a bit tired and breathing a bit off by the end, but my pace was decent so not disappointed at all. Starting to get closer to legit long run distance and the pace is fine for now. I like the 2 long runs the marathon book is suggesting (one actual long run and one shorter one). Right now these two distances are close, but eventually it will be about a 5-6 mile difference.
