Comments:
Did a 4.4 mile out-and-back stopping every half mile or so for a pull-up, push-up, ab, star-jump set. Pretty much the toughest workout I've done in a while (probably because I've been skimping on my core work).
I don't think splits matter...I kept the watch running the whole time and was gone for 60 minutes.
