Felt sooooo sore in my uperbody. I'm retiring from kinect sports.
also i failed to find the trails at the arboretum again. I'll definately find them next time.

didn't really feel my left knee hopefully that was nothing and its over with.

I should also metion that several baltimore public schools had let out during the time of my run and i got cat called like it was my job. On the way back I won a dance off at the intersection of 41st and falls rd.
