Comments:
2 mile warmup, mid d drills, strides. 1 mile quick 4:30 then 10 min jog, then 600 in 1:30. Felt good in trainers. Took the lead and sea. Outkicked me in the mile then I won the 600 by 3 seconds. Felt great. 2 mile cooldown.
