Weather: so so chilly
Comments:
freeeeezing. not expecting it to be so cold, not at all dressed for the weather, but did this anyway. 10 min warmup, 4 continuous laps of NARA park as a tempo (510, 508, 518, 516), and 22 min c/d. was a bit slow cause i was in trainers and it was extremely windy, especially on the uphill. pretty happy with this though considering the conditions outside, glad to know i didn't get too out of shape during finals period.
