Comments:
First long run in awhile. Initially aiming for 16, but went out a little further, next thing I know I'm at 19, might as well make it a 20. Slight calf twitch in earlier miles, cleared around mile 10. Took 2 gels, 2 water pits. Brooks Pure Cadence and iPod.
