Comments:
Tried to do the workout but it was dark and the footing was poor so I didn't want to risk it. My pacing was also totally off as I haven't done an interval workout alone in a bit under half a year. I ended up doing a hilly 10-mile instead. I'm just going to try the workout tomorrow and hope that it doesn't ruin my rhythm too badly.
