Bike to work.

Weather: Damp, mild

Comments:
Considered various options, including running to work again, calculating that this would be hard but would give me more time to rest tomorrow and Friday, and also considered going on the bus or going back to bed. Settled on cycling, and took it very easy but still feel a bit tired after yesterdays extra miles and not enough sleep.
