Headed straight over to shane's to get a run in when I got home. He told me about a new loop that his dad created. Ball Road to Reels Mill to Ijamsville back to Ball Road. It was very hilly and Shane hasn't been running so we went pretty slow. I did strides and was feeling great in the middle of the run. We found a dead cat and buried it on the side of Ijamsville Road. We are such good samaritans. Angela Labella drove by us on Ball road and stopped to say hey. I hammered the way back to Shane's house after that. Good run. Good p.
