Comments:
Ran from the NC Art Institute Campus. Ran around trail and over to Meredith College -@2.3. Then back to Institute and around paved trails. Then across close to Umstead National Park and back. Legs pretty tired from the workout yesterday and very hilly paths. Warm and no shirt weather in December!!!
