Lake Chabot Run

Comments:
Moderate climbs with long distance. Great place to run, even better with Arnel to lead the way. 23 oz. of water, no gels taken. Probably not the best idea to have a iced coffee before hand as well. Energy level was pretty much depleted afterwards, but able to recover with a big time lunch. Newton Momentus.
