Comments:
2 w/up, 10 steady (6:24 fastest split - 6:50 slowest, majority in the 6:3x range), 2 cool down. The early miles felt good, I thought my Garmin was off. Felt winded and heavy legs the last 2 miles and even the cool down. Stopped for water early, probably needed more nutrition/hydration. This one took its toll. Positive note, good to see where I'm at to dial in some speed/endurance specific workouts for the next training phase. Brooks Green Silence, Brooks windbreaker.
