Comments:
Probably one of the coolest workouts I've done since the track was really dark and I wasn't wearing my contacts so I was practically following the contours of the thing. Pulled a B-Hahn on the last interval and ran 9 laps instead of 8. Luckily my watch stores laps though. I felt good throughout, definitely eased into the workout. Probably could have picked it up a bit but I didn't want to push my threshold too too much.
