Spoke to an expert that told me I should take a day to bike so as not to exacerbate my knee pain. It doesn't kill when I run but I just don't want it to be an issue later in the season. Kinda sad I didn't get to do a Christmas Long Run, though.
Tempo'd at the end heart rate-wise.
